What we do

William Seeberger

Hi, my name is Bill and I have been repairing pool stairs for more than 3 decades.

Over 30 years ago, I began with working with a company by the name of Pacific Industries (which is now Latham Pools). Due to a growing customer demand in the Northeast for pool stair repair, as well as a lack of an economical and viable solution for the average homeowner on a budget, we began expanding our services to different manufacturers. These include companies such as Triac, Fort Wayne, Fox and Quaker.

Throughout the years, we have fostered and maintained a great working relationship with many pool dealers in the Northeast. This is due to our past work and customer satisfaction during our warranty work done earlier in my career.

The unfortunate fact is, many of these manufacturers are either out of business or have been bought out by larger companies. These companies either do not exist or their warranties have expired. Many of these pool stairs are still in use in the backyards of the Northeast.

As time passes, most pool stairs will develop support and fracturing issues due to the force of nature, early design flaws, and installation shortcuts. Any one or combination of these factors play a major role in the longevity of a step.

Throughout the years, we have been very successful saving the homeowner thousands of dollars while providing an alternative solution, that is simple, reliable, and economical.

We help the homeowner avoid a time intensive and large scale construction project, which is very common for most pool stair removal and replacement projects.

Let us know if we can help.
